My Story

I became a mom young, and by my early twenties, I was raising two kids in a difficult marriage. After the divorce, I had to rebuild from the ground up — working nights, managing shared parenting, and figuring out how to do it all on my own. It was overwhelming, but it taught me how to survive. Later, I had another daughter on my own. Then I met my husband while he was serving overseas. Together, we had three more children, becoming a blended family of seven. My husband became a U.S. citizen, and I welcomed my first grandchild.

Behind the scenes, we were packed into a small house, juggling nonstop work, sleepless nights, and raising a family with no support. I was mentally and physically exhausted — struggling with broken sleep, weight gain, and a total loss of structure and a strained relationship with my spouse. We were barely holding it together, overwhelmed by the constant demands.I tried to cope the only way I knew — turning to food for comfort, surviving day by day without a plan, convincing myself I’d get it together eventually. But none of it worked. I felt completely drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself and those around me.

Eventually, through trial and error, I found what truly helped: creating structure, improving my nutrition, managing my time better, and building small habits that stuck. Slowly, my energy returned, my mind cleared, and our home found a calm rhythm. Life became manageable, and the chaos settled. Now, I help other overwhelmed moms do the same — because I’ve lived it and I know the way through.
